    what if i want to sync both iphone and iPad the same time?

      It should just be a question of setting your ipad settings to automatically add x number of videos (and set it to update over wifi). Just be mindful that you may wish to select a higher resolution to match the larger device and that the smaller device will have extra data included in the file.
